New Delhi: Comedian Raju Srivastava, who has been in the emergency unit for nine days following a cardiovascular failure, keeps on being on the ventilator and is critical, sources at Delhi’s AIIMS said today. Fellow comedian and one of his companions, Sunil Pal, appealed to his fans to pray to God for Mr. Srivastava’s health as he needs this. “His brain has stopped functioning. Please pray for him,” he said.
Mr. Pal, who has been giving articulations on Mr. Raju’s health, said, “Friends, please pray for Raju Srivastava. He is critical.”
The 58-year-old professional comedian was admitted to AIIMS after he experienced cardiovascular failure on August 10. He went through an angioplasty that same day.
